Webster's dictionary should have a picture of Ofer and B& Z for the phrase "customer focused". Admittedly, I have a hard face to fit. Shopping in the kid's section for frames is frustrating. Ofer did not stop with his existing inventory and took the extra step to contact his vendors requesting they leave their entire product lines over a weekend so that I might find a frame I'd like. Not only did I find a frame I loved, but B&Z took care of lens issues that arose after a few months of wear. They are so welcoming and genuinely care about your glasses experience. I won't shop anywhere else from now on!
