Best yoga studio ever! There is a variety of classes for all skill levels and the instructors are all professional and have a passion for interacting with clients. The studio is the cleanest yoga studio that I have ever seen. It is always a pleasure to do yoga there!

Niyama Yoga Shala offers Reiki, Sound Healing, Ayurvedic Counseling and Therapeutic Yoga. The experience in this Shala is outstanding and Nicole and her tribe are top in class. Highly recommend Niyama!
