Personality with a Big Heart
The DOI facility has a lot of personality with multiple upgrades and renovations over the years; the rooms and furniture need an upgrade. I also feel that the administrative systems can use an upgrade so that clients (patient and families) can get reports conveniently sent automatically about their personal accounts etc., But for me in the end what really counts is the care! And DOI does a great job with caring for my Mother. I felt an immediate warmth and rapport with the care staff (nurses, doctors, cma, nutritionist, social workers, activities). They have a big heart and it shows with how they treat my Mother, which means a lot to me.
The place that gave me back my life
I spent two weeks at Daughters of Israel far exceeded any expectations I could have had. My therapists were fantastic and my nurses were superb as well.
I arrived there very weak and de-conditioned and now I feel stronger every day. I truly believe that if I had been in any other facility I would not be where I am today. I can’t thank the whole staff enough for the care they gave me.
Compassionate Care
The doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social worker, dietician, activities coordinators, dietary and maintenance staff are kind, loving and compassionate individuals. Residents and families are treated with dignity and respect. We are grateful and appreciative for all of the excellent care our mom has received for the past year, and continues to receive every day. Each member of the staff greets her by name and is there to provide that special connection that comes from their heart. Daughters of Israel has certainly been the best for our family.

Wonderful Care
My Dad has been a resident at DOI for several years. I am truely at ease knowing he is constantly cared for. The staff is AMAZING.. always willing to listen and follow through.
The medical staff is kind and caring and very sensitive to his needs. The professional staff is very impressive. They care about every resident and make sure the family is comfortable at all times.
My Dad is now 94 and I know 24/7 someone is taking care of him.
DOI is the only place I would let take care of my Dad.
I am greatful every day that he is cared for at DOI.
