Excellent experience!
My wife and I sold our rental last month. We had an amazing experience with Theresa Venezia. At the beginning, even with the sellers market we didn’t expect much for the price since no significant improvement was done, Theresa explored and presented all options available and was able to find a buyer for above asking price. Closing process got delayed due to bank authorizat but Theresa was always ready and available to calm her clients. After the buyers got clearance to close everything was smooth sailing and we closed with no issues. We’re really glad we got Theresa to help us with this deal.
