Originally from Bordeaux, France, pastry chef Jayce Baudry has worked in some of the most renowned establishments in Paris & New York. Jayce welcomes you to the first shop of his very own in the heart of Montclair.
Jayce Baudry French Pastry specializes in producing artisanal gourmet desserts. In particular, the French pâtisserie creates a wide range of sweets & elegant desserts with a twist, wedding cakes, croquembouches, and custom celebration cakes. The menu includes upscale individual pastries, large tarts and cakes, cookies, confections, chocolates, macarons, and more.
Owner and Executive Pastry Chef Jayce Baudry -- originally from Bordeaux, France -- has a lifetime of experience as a Pastry Chef, taking an apprentice job in his hometown at 14.
Continuing to work at Palace Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris and many years with Daniel Boulud in NYC, Jayce honed his skills and opened his own shop here in Montclair, NJ.
Each handcrafted dessert uses only the finest ingredients. Their standout individual pastries include their Coconut Lime Rocher, Yuzu Meringue Tart, Paris Montclair, and Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake.
