At Good Bottle Refill Shop, they want to help you reduce the waste in your life and offer a sustainable high quality product for your home.

The owner, Deanna, started this company because shewas fed up with all the waste her family was producing. She wanted a more sustainable way to buy the products we so often used and threw out each month. The Good Bottle Refill Shop combines her years of retail experience and her passion for low waste living into a unique shopping experience.

Her other concern was about the chemicals in the products she was buying and seeking a cleaner options. In order to change our habits, she made a list of all the household items she was buying each month. The list was long and consisted of many single use things. She realized I was buying my trash! In reality, a few, simple, sustainable changes add up to big savings in time and money. When she found sustainable versions for each item on my list, she started buying those instead. She didn’t even know some of these amazing sustainable versions existed! The money I was spending at the big box stores drastically reduced and I was now making less trips to the store.

At Good Bottle we have been inspired by author Bea Johnson writer of the best selling book: Zero Waste Home. She makes following a zero waste lifestyle simple by using the following steps:

Refuse what you do not need.

Reduce what you do need.

Reuse by using reusables.

Recycle what you cannot refuse, reduce, or reuse.

Rot (compost) the rest.
